The service

TagTrace provides personal tag codes that let people who find your belongings send you a message without seeing your contact details. TagTrace passes messages on but cannot guarantee that a lost item will be found or returned.

Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. Keep your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You are responsible for the name you choose to show on your tag. One personal tag code is provided per person.

Acceptable use

Do not use TagTrace to send spam, advertising, threats or harassment, or to collect other people's personal information. Messages that contain links are not allowed. We may hold, remove or block messages and accounts that break these rules.

Finders

When you send a message through a tag, your message and the contact details you provide are shared with the tag owner so they can reply to you. They are not shown publicly.

Shop orders

Prices are in US dollars and are paid in advance by card. Orders are delivered at Velana International Airport, Maldives, as described in our delivery & refund policy.

Liability

TagTrace is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost, damaged or unreturned items, or for the actions of finders or tag owners.
